Aromafloria manufactures aromatherapy products in a USDA Certified Organic facility that is certified by the CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) and is Green-e Certified and 100% wind powered.
Ingredients are carefully sourced from Fair Trade Markets worldwide. Great care is taken to ensure that our suppliers share our commitment to the environment and adhere to the highest ethical standards and fairly compensate their employees. All 100% organic essential oils, botanical extracts, vegetable oils, natural plant juices, fruit acids, flavor extracts and natural minerals are harvested from renewable and ecologically sustainable growers. Aromafloria is a proud supporter of United Plant Savers, an organization that promotes the importance of land conservation and the protection of harvesting medicinal plant materials to ensure an abundant and renewable supply for generations to come.
Aromafloria tries to ensure that its products will have a positive impact on the economies in which its product ingredients are sourced. This passion was put into action with the Amazon Conservation Team. Our efforts have provided dormitories for a group of women healers in the Colombian Amazon, to ensure their continued role in providing vital health care to their tribal communities.
Aromafloria products are never tested on animals nor are any of the ingredients we use in our products. All products are vegan based and manufactured with the finest ingredients in accordance to "Green Chemistry" principles that are eco-friendly and safe for the Earth's waterways and air. Formulas are created in spray form to avoid the harmful effects of aerosols on the ozone layer. Aromafloria utilizes a proprietary natural preservative system powered by organic essential oils and minerals and is free from fossil fuel based synthetic chemicals such as parabens, formaldehydes, phthalates, and chlorine. As a result, Aromafloria bath salts, scrubs and massage oils are 100% preservative free, healthy and safe. Aromafloria has also partnered with Campaign for Safe Cosmetics to increase awareness about the use and distribution of unsafe ingredients in cosmetics and pledges to avoid the use of chemicals known to cause cancer, genetic mutation, birth defects and aquatic toxicity.
Aromafloria supports the use of sustainable packaging and continues to take great care in sourcing the most innovative and eco-friendly packaging options. Only post consumable, recyclable and biodegradable packaging from renewable resources are used. Secondary packaging has been eliminated, as well as the use of corn based materials for labeling, as they contaminate the recycling stream. This is to ensure that a minimal footprint is left on the environment and to protect the Earth's natural resources for future generations to come.
