People around the Globe have been dealing with smell loss after having the flu, a sinus infection and/or natural cellular aging that can impact their energy, mood and appetite which can lead to anxiety and depression.
Aromafloria is here to help with our one-of-a kind Olfactory Training kit.
6 nasal aroma sticks
This is a labor of kindness and love. Quality of essential oil, testing and method of use, dosing of the EO is all put into the development process to provide an easy, affordable and enjoyable experience to help those effected to bounce back to a quality of life once enjoyed through their sense of smell. Everyone is different and for some it will be quick and others a little more time to feel the results and pleasure of Nature- the sense of smell!
1. Line up and match the cue cards to the aromas.
2. Open the stick and holding with your hand, place just under your right nostril (do not place in your nose). Take 3 short sniffs and exhale out your nose. As you are smelling, concentrate on the visual picture of the rose flower and think about when you may have last smelled a rose, given a bouquet to someone, or smelled one in the garden.
3. Repeat with Left nostril.
4. Follow steps 2 & 3 with the other scents.
