Winter Blues
After hectic and joyous holiday times, going back to work and starting off the new year can be a drag. But don't let January be a month of moodiness and depression. Here are some simple tips that will get your year off and running.

Catch the Light. Try spending time outdoors during the day or arrange your home and workplace to receive more sunlight. Lack of natural light could be one of the main reasons you are feeling down.
